Dedication ceremonies for Habitat for Humanity of Greater Fredericksburg’s 15th home will be held from 2-4 p.m., Sunday, July 19.
The house is located at 306 W. Park St.
“We are thrilled to welcome the Perez family into their new home,” said Kelly Musselman, Habitat vice president. “House No. 15 has been a long time in the making but it is doubly exciting that it is taking place during our 20th anniversary year for our local affiliate.”
Construction on House 16 will take place in the fall on the adjoining property.
“We invite the public, all our supporters and donors, as well as volunteers and city and county officials to join us on this special day,” Musselman said.
