Fried fish with all the trimmings will be served by the Stonewall Volunteer Fire Department and First Responders on Saturday, Oct. 11, at the Stonewall Chamber of Commerce grounds.
Serving begins at 5 p.m. at the 34th Annual Fall Fish Fry.
Cost is by donation.
The menu includes fried fish, French fries, sweet rice, beans, cole slaw, all the trimmings and a dessert.
There will also be a prize drawing, live auction and music.
The prize drawing will be held throughout the evening, and the live auction will begin around 7 p.m.
The grand prize is a $1,500 VISA gift card.
Other prizes include overnight stays, fishing trips, wine tours and tastings, guns, furniture, gift cards, gift baskets and more.
Tickets for the prize drawing are $5 each or six for $20, and are available in advance from any SVFD member. Tickets will also be sold the night of the fish fry.
In Stonewall, prize drawing tickets are available at Allied Ag, Eckert and Son, Gordon’s Repair Shop, Lindig’s and Weinheimer and Son.
Prize drawing tickets are also available in Fredericksburg at American Bank, Arrowhead Bank, Blanco National Bank, Centennial Bank and Gillespie Automotive Supply (NAPA).
