Daily Update for July 23

      • Fredericksburg Farmer's Market takes place from 4-7 p.m. today at Marktplatz.

      • Gillespie County Republicans will hold their third quarterly dinner meeting of the year tonight at the Hermann Sons Lodge. The evening will begin with a social hour at 6 p.m. followed by dinner at 7 p.m. Guest speaker for the evening will be State Rep. Doug Miller from District 73.

      • Cherry Spring Wildlife Management Area Association will hold its annual sign-up meeting this evening at the Gillespie County Agriculture Extension Building. The meeting will start at 6 p.m. with a potluck meal. A short business meeting will include the election of a vice president.
